The concern, we at Holbeach Parish Council hear about the most is speeding vehicles. We have two Speed Indicator Devices (SID'S). We move these around the Parish on a monthly basis. They are fixed on mounting plates. To enable us to fix a SID at a location we have to apply to the relevant authority for permission to place the mounting plate.
